La Moutarde de Dion is an artisan mustard born in Dion, a small village in the municipality of Beauraing. Launched in late 2023 by three friends — a jeweller and food lover (Cédric Remy) and two farmers (Olivier Jaspart and Simon Pochet) — this project represents a 100% local production, from seed to jar.
They grow their own mustard seeds (white and brown) on about 2 hectares of land around Dion, without any chemical fertilizers. The only non-Belgian ingredient used is Guérande salt. Their recipes contain no additives or preservatives, for a pure and authentic taste.
