Dolores Goffaux, a former seamstress who became a hospitality teacher in special education, found her true passion in artisanal chocolate. After a rich and diverse professional journey and over 16 years of continuing education, she trained in multiple disciplines through evening classes: hospitality, pastry, bistronomy, pizza, pasta, ice cream, and most importantly—chocolate and confectionery.
Based in Martouzin (Beauraing), she creates her chocolates with a strong commitment to freshness and natural ingredients. All products are made without preservatives and crafted to order.
Her expertise also covers confectionery, biscuits, and baked goods, all reflecting her deep knowledge and precise craftsmanship.
