Door de juiste reflexen aan te nemen, bescherm je niet alleen je gezondheid, maar kan je ook volop van de natuur blijven genieten. Hier zijn enkele tips om koel, goed gehydrateerd en veilig te blijven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Praktische tips:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Hydrateer regelmatig<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zorg dat je minstens 1,5 liter drinkt, en tot 5\u20136 liter, verdeeld over kleine hoeveelheden om de 20 \u00e0 30 minuten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Op de fiets drink je best kleine slokjes elke 10 \u00e0 15 minuten, zelfs zonder dorstgevoel. Kies je tijdstippen goed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga bij voorkeur vroeg in de ochtend of \u2019s avonds op pad, om de heetste uren (vaak tussen 12u en 16u) te vermijden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voor wandeltochten is het ideaal om v\u00f3\u00f3r zonsopgang te vertrekken of pas tegen de avond te eindigen, zodat je extreme hitte vermijdt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Luister naar je lichaam<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wees alert op de eerste tekenen van oververhitting: duizeligheid, vermoeidheid, krampen, verwardheid. Bij ernstigere symptomen (droge huid, bewustzijnsverlies\u2026) zoek meteen verkoeling en bel de hulpdiensten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pas je tempo aan naargelang je mate van acclimatisatie (10 \u00b0C warmer dan normaal kan al een risico vormen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
