In 1802, the old von\u00eachoise glassworks was developed by Aim\u00e9-Gabriel d’Artigues, from the glassworks that had existed there since 1778. Although it was a real success and had more than 650 workers, nothing remains of it today. Nevertheless, it is interesting to know that those who created the old von\u00eachoise glassworks were the ones who developed it in 1802, from the glassworks that had existed there since 1778, by Aim\u00e9-Gabriel d’Artigues. Nevertheless, it is interesting to know that those who created, in 1826, the famous Li\u00e8ge crystal factory of Val Saint-Lambert were none other than Kemlin and Leli\u00e8vre, former directors at Von\u00eache.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The castle of Von\u00eache<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Privately owned and inhabited by Baron d’Huart, this castle was built by Aim\u00e9 Gabriel d’Artigues, who was the owner of the former crystal factory, in 1806. In front of the castle is a vast park where the buildings of the crystal factory were located.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This set of three tubs, one of which is circular, dates from the 19th century. It is made of blue stone.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The church<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Built in 1845, this church is dedicated to Saint-Denis. It was built on land donated by the former owner of the crystal factory, Mr. d’Artigues.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
