DESCRIPTION:\nThe Monique Dejaifve exhibition will be held at the Beauraing Tourist Office from 2 to 14/08/2024. The paintings will be on display every day from 8.30am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm. Admission is free.\n\n\n\nLet’s let this regional painter introduce herself in all simplicity:\n\n\n\n“I try to put passion and love into my painting. I love abstract painting, making colours vibrate and playing with all the nuances that can be found in my work. Creating a work of art is captivating and hypnotic, and has become a real passion.\n\n\n\n\nPainting is an ocean to explore –\n\n\n\n\nI’ve been painting in oils for less than 3 years now. I’m a regular pupil of Laurence Burvenich, at the École des Beaux-arts in Dinant. This allows me to work in all media, as well as on a variety of subjects.
